Sleeping badly can take a real toll on your wellbeing and ability to care. Join our session with a sleep specialist, to better understand sleep and how you can improve it.

Understanding and Improving Sleep

This session is to help both you and the person you care for, with any problems you have around sleep.

Senior Occupational Therapist, Helen McNamara specialises in sleep, and will run this session.

She will talk about what is ‘normal’ sleep, why sleep goes wrong, and will give recommendations on how to improve sleep, including a brief look at medications.

Helen will also be sharing resources, and there will be time for you to ask your particular questions.
